Eligibility Criteria:

• You must be in the UK.
• You should have studied a bachelor's, postgraduate, or other eligible degree in the UK for a minimum duration with your Student visa or Tier 4 student visa.
• You possess a valid Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa.
• Your education provider has confirmed your course completion to the Home Office.

Exciting Changes:

Previously, graduates were allowed to stay for only four months to find a job. But now, international students can extend their stay for two years, promoting growth in STEM-related fields.

Application Process:

Apply for the Graduate Route before your Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa expires. Once your education provider confirms your course completion, submit your application along with the required documents. The decision will be conveyed within 8 weeks of completing all formalities. You can stay in the UK during this time.

Charges:

• Two and three-year Graduate route application: £715
• Immigration Health Surcharge: £624 per year
